  • Bakehouse 57 is a micro-bakery run in a home kitchen rated 5* by St Albans Council for Food Hygeine.

    All efforts are made to avoid cross-contamination but please note the limitations of a home-kitchen.

  • All bespoke cakes can be delivered to homes within Hertfordshire. 

    10 days notice must be given for all bespoke cake- we need time to order specialty ingredients and arrange delivery. Please keep this in mind when ordering your special cake.
