We Are Bakehouse 57
Bakehouse 57 was created by Jenny in 2024.
Whilst growing up in North West England, Jenny was lovingly taught how to bake by her Mum who focussed on comfort and classic flavours. Jenny was encouraged to travel and take inspiration from different traditions.
Bakehouse 57 started as a small micro-bakery based out of Mission Kitchen in Battersea, London. Jenny has since moved the business to St Albans. We're passionate about delivering exploration in flavour and creating beautiful moments bolstered by sharing great food.
We're also passionate about making sure that our impact on the planet and our local environment is as low as possible. We're committed to:

We're already using 100% free range and organic dairy in all of our bakes and composting all food-waste.
While we start up, we'll be doing weekly releases of our products available to order online. We'll also be popping up at a number of local markets in Hertfordshire so keep your eyes peeled for details on our socials.
